What to include in a message

• A correction: the page URL, the relevant sentence or question and, if possible, an official source explaining the issue.
• An accessibility or tool problem: the page, what you tried, what happened and your browser or device type. Do not include your private writing unless you are comfortable sharing it.
• A topic suggestion: your exam, the task you find difficult and the kind of explanation that would help.
• A privacy question: the information or right you are asking about, with only the details needed to understand your request.

Please avoid sending candidate numbers, identity documents, payment details, children’s personal information or passwords. We do not need those details to review a website issue.

Exam bookings and results

We cannot register candidates, change sessions, provide official marking or access Statements of Results. Contact your authorised exam centre about bookings, fees, access arrangements, certificates or result enquiries. Find official qualification information at cambridgeenglish.org.
