Use a tool as part of a learning routine

  1. Start with a real task. Write an email, review a result or choose a tense you need to practise.
  2. Use the feedback to make one decision. Add a missing point, interpret a score band or correct a verb form.
  3. Apply the improvement. Rewrite a sentence or use the verb in a short example of your own. A number or streak is useful only when it helps you learn.

Tools run locally in your browser and do not send your text or answers to us. They do not provide official marks, a complete language assessment or a prediction of an exam result. Read each tool’s guidance before using the output.

For something to work on, try the original mini practice sets or visit the Writing Lab. Tools need JavaScript, but the explanations and reference tables remain readable without it.
